HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE SEALER TO DRY?
Recovery time takes about 24-48 hours, keep in mind the weather plays a big role. 50-79 degrees takes up to 48 hours to dry. 80 degrees and up takes 24 hours to dry. Our special representative and our project manager will inform you how long it will take for recovery.

WHAT IS AN OVERLAY AND IS IT APPROPRIATE FOR MY NEEDS?
On some occasions, it is possible to apply a new layer of asphalt over an old layer. A qualified asphalt paving professional will need to inspect the site to make that determination. Unfortunately, overlays are often done on pavement surfaces that should be repaired or replaced entirely. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR MAINTAINING MY ASPHALT?
It is best to have asphalt maintenance done professionally. Many do-it-yourself products are available, but are not up to the standards used by our team of asphalt paving professionals. There is also a skill level required to apply certain products. Applied incorrectly, any repair solution or sealing 'cure' can actually cause damage.
